  I've been going to Fitness Together at Great Bridge 3x/week for about 7 weeks. Great personalized training keeps me motivated and moving-something different each session-Feel the best I have felt in YEARS! Have lost POUNDS and INCHES and gained strength and flexibility. When I first started, my arthritis made it hurt just to walk across the room, now I can move without pain and am loving being physically active again. Do something good for YOURSELF and go to see them.
