I usually come here and get braids done and everything is fine and I have no problems at all, but I decided to come in and get a sew-in yesterday and the experience was HORRIBLE ! they braided my hair so tight and put the sew-in in so tight that it broke skin and my scalp started to bleed! When I came up here to ask if I could get my money back because of what had happened, everybody EXCEPT the lady I was talking to gave me attitude and tried to tell me that it was because my hair was too short. Now I have had plenty of sew-ins done and not ONE of them ever did my scalp like that so yes I got upset. Then when I asked could I just get my money back and find somebody else to take it out, they told me no and that in order to get my money back I had to sit here for an hour. Let's just say I will NEVER come here nor suggest anybody to come here EVER again !
